All 2025 Vendors will be sent the registration form by email on or before April 15, 2026. If you did not receive yours, please let us know!

The deadline for 2025 vendors to guarantee a spot for 2026 is May 15, 2026.

After May 15, 2026 any remaining spots will offered to other Eastham based crafters, vendors, artisans and non profits who serve Eastham residents. The deadline for new vendors to guarantee a spot for 2026 is June 1, 2026.

After June 1, 2026 any remaining spots will be awarded first come, first served based on vendor type.
